D’Amico . Burchfield helped a Johnston man collect $125,000 for head injuries from a “hit and run” accident. The injured man, while operating on Route 10, was rear ended, causing his car to roll over from the impact. The at fault vehicle fled the scene. The injured man sustained serious head injuries and had little memory of the accident.
